Sonic Illumination

“sounds like an object’s aura” (2003) is a sound art piece where the characteristics of an object, a therm flask, are translated into sounds, in order to illuminate the item without light.

Exhibited in the “24hrs.!” design conference Eindhoven, NL, 2003. Also attending and performing have been, amongst others, Brian Eno and Alex Rose from The Long Now foundation, John Tackara (lecturing), Michael Landy.
